EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Neighbors who live near the base of Scenic Drive and Louisville Avenue say rocks and debris repeatedly wash down from the mountain during rain, at times blocking parts of the roadway.
Residents say crews have cleared the debris in the past, but they are asking the City of El Paso for a long-term solution before the next storm.
