EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 30-year-old woman was arrested and charged with DWI after she allegedly struck two parked vehicles over the weekend, Horizon Police said.
Horizon Police said Chantel Gower, 30, was arrested for driving while intoxicated early on Sunday morning, Sept. 20.
