EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — Every September, emergency first responders, families and members of the fire service from the U.S. and Canada gather to honor members who died in the line of duty. Saturday, the El Paso Fire Department paid tribute to two local firefighters in this year’s memorial.
The International Association of Fire Fighters hosted the 40th annual observance in Colorado Springs. It honored 288 fallen IAFF members, including two from El Paso: Angel Bustamante Jr. and Paul McGill.
