EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — El Paso, Southwest, and South-central New Mexico are under a flood watch as heavy rainfall hit the Borderland and nearby areas Tuesday, Sept, 22, in the after afternoon, according to the National Weather Service (NWS).
Texas Department of Transportation cameras showed roadways across El Paso flooded by heavy rain.
The flood watch is expected to last until Wednesday evening, Sept. 23, according to the NWS.
