EL PASO, TEXAS (KFOX14/CBS4) — As rain continued to fall across the Borderland over the past few days, a flash flood warning issued Thursday brought more flooding and damage across El Paso County.
Heavy rainstorms on Tuesday and Wednesday hit parts of the region, from Las Cruces to Central El Paso and even Socorro. Adding to already saturated conditions, the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning on Thursday for central El Paso County, including east and far east El Paso.
