EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Two men were arrested for highway racing in Northeast El Paso on Monday, Sept. 21.
According to court documents obtained by KTSM, an officer with the El Paso Police Department was conducting traffic control at the 9730 block of Railroad Drive when he heard a “loud V8 muscle car”.
