SUNLAND PARK – Sunland Park firefighters responded to an active natural gas leak after a contractor cut through a gas line Saturday afternoon. The Sunland Park Fire Department said the leak occurred in the 100 block of Water Tank Road, off North Country Club Road.
According to the department, a contractor working in the area sawed through the natural gas line.
New Mexico Gas Company crews responded and clamped off the lines. No injuries were reported.…
