EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A 12-year-old boy is battling against a rare illness at El Paso Children’s Hospital.
Ruth Marquez said her son Aydan Isaiah Marquez was diagnosed with Autoimmune Encephalitis a few days ago after multiple visits to the ER with different diagnoses.
“First hospital said it was a UTI and then Saturday they said it was a strep throat and then from there that’s when he got worse,” Marquez said…
