EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Gadsden Independent School District (GISD) will operate on a two-hour delay on Tuesday, Sept. 29 at all schools.
The delay will allow time to assess road conditions after recent flooding and road damage in parts of the district, with additional heavy rain expected overnight, the district said.
