EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — Weather conditions on Tuesday, Sept. 29, have worsened in Southern New Mexico amid reports of flooding in the Anthony area.
The New Mexico Department of Transportation (NMDOT) reported difficult driving conditions at the off-ramp on Interstate 10 westbound at mile marker 162, north of the Anthony Gap — also known as the 404 — where there is standing water over the roadway. Crews are cleaning the off-ramp.
Additionally, New Mexico State Highway 460 northbound and southbound from mile markers 2 and 3, in Anthony, New Mexico, also have running water over the roadway at low water crossings…
