EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – Crime Stoppers of El Paso distributes pictures and descriptions of fugitives wanted by the El Paso Police Department, the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office and other agencies weekly through the “Most Wanted” feature. The following fugitives are individuals whose attempts to locate have been unsuccessful.
Francisco Alvarez
Age 35, 5-feet-9 in height, 135 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Charge: pre-revocation warrant, no bond. Wanted by: El Paso County Constable’s Office Precinct 6.
Mason Carter Robinson
Age 17, 5-feet-10 in height, 158 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Charge: criminal mischief, $10,000 bond. Wanted by: El Paso Police Department.
Justin Uriel Cortazar
Age 34, 5-feet-5 in height, 160 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Charge: assault family/household member with impeding breath or circulation, $15,000 bond. Wanted by: El Paso District Attorney.
Daniel Ortega
Age 57, 6-feet-7 in height, 280 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Charge: aggravated assault of a child, no bond. Wanted by: El Paso District Attorney.
Bryan Gilberto Madrid
Age 33, 5-feet-9 in height, 230 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Charge: manufacture or delivery of a controlled substance, $100,000. Wanted by: Criminal Justice Coordination Department.
Jose Antonio Magallanes
Age 45, 5-feet-7 in height, 150 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Charge: possesssion of a controlled substance, no bond. Wanted by: El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Emmanuel Cervantes
Age 42, 5-feet-6 in height, 220 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Charge: theft of property, $101,000 bond. Wanted by: El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Rosa Lozano
Age 38, 5-feet-2 in height, 260 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Charge: driving while intoxicated, third or more time, $50,000 bond. Wanted by: El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Gerardo Alonso Avila
Age 48, 5-feet-4 in height, 150 pounds, brown hair and brown eyes. Charge: unauthorized use of vehicle, $100,000 bond. Wanted by: El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
Jesus Daniel Delgado
Age 38, 5-feet-10 in height, 210 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. Charge: burglary of vehicle with two prior convictions, $100,000 bond. Wanted by: El Paso County Sheriff’s Office.
