EL PASO, Texas ( KTSM ) — The City of El Paso’s Water Parks and Special Olympics Texas is inviting the community to participate in this year’s ‘Polar Plunge’ on Saturday, Feb. 3.
The “Polar Plunge” is a fundraising opportunity that benefits the Special Olympics Texas, and will take place at 10 a.m. at Camp Cohen Water Park located at 9700 Gateway N Blvd, El Paso, TX, 79924.
All ages are allowed to participate in the Polar Plunge. Entry fees include $60 per adult and $30 per youth.
“Special Olympics Texas provides year-round sports training and athletic competition in a variety of Olympic-type sports for children and adults with intellectual disabilities,” Destination El Paso said.
