HORIZON CITY, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – A multi-vehicle crash in Horizon City Wednesday evening sent several people to the hospital and prompted road closures. According to the El Paso County Sheriff’s spokesperson, three vehicles were involved in a crash at I-10 and Horizon that left several people with minor injuries.
