EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – One of the state’s top officials told El Paso Republicans that Texas is a thriving state largely because of international trade with Mexico. Texas Comptroller Glenn Hegar was the keynote speaker Saturday night, Feb. 3 at the 38th annual Lincoln Dinner at the Starlight Event Center near the El Paso airport.
