Two people were stabbed Tuesday afternoon near a Central El Paso park, authorities said.
El Paso police responded to a report of a stabbing about 2:24 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 6, in the 800 block of Yandell Drive near Houston Park, El Paso Police Department officials said.
Two people were stabbed and taken to a hospital for treatment. No further information was released on the victims.
Police have closed the 800 and 900 blocks of Montana Avenue between Virginia and Ange streets to vehicles and pedestrians, officials said.
The El Paso Police Department’s Crimes Against Persons unit is investigating the stabbing. No further information has been released.
