EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – The man who shot and killed another man at Coconuts Wing Cantina in Socorro in 2021 was sentenced Monday to 35 years in prison. Neftali Maymi Martinez was formally charged and sentenced to 35 years in prison on Monday for the murder of Daniel Almanzar at Socorro’s Coconuts Wings Cantina in August 2021, the 120th District Court confirmed.
