A federal grand jury has indicted a man they say admitted bringing 44 pounds of cocaine from Texas to the Mahoning Valley. Javier Eduardo Guiterrez-Quintana has been charged with possession with intent to distribute cocaine. The indictment includes a provision allowing authorities to confiscate anything seized while searching his truck on May 31.
