EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – El Paso City Council on Monday voted unanimously to extend an emergency ordinance aimed at tackling immigration along the border. The city said the ordinance enables the community to help local humanitarian groups and non-governmental organizations like Annunciation House and Sacred Heart church address the migrant crisis.
