EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – Law enforcement arrested a 33-year-old woman in El Paso in connection to a home invasion and murder case from Capitan, New Mexico. Benisha Shanta was arrested on August 5 in connection to a case from Capitan where several suspects– dressed like police– stormed into a home in late July, to snatch money and narcotics and shoot and kill the 44-year-old resident Nathan Ogden.
