EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – A man was arrested and charged with intoxication manslaughter after a deadly crash on I-10 in August. The crash happened Aug. 4 around 1 a.m. on I-10 west at mile marker 33. Police arrested 25-year-old Jorge Alexis Gamboa. Gamboa was arrested on Sept. 3.
