EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) – An El Paso Army veteran is getting a pretty cool gift through a special program designed to thank and honor veterans for their service. Danny De La Torre was selected to receive a free roof for his East El Paso home from Escalante Roofing as part of the Owens Corning Roof Deployment Project.
