Halloween 2024: 12 things to do Oct. 31 in El Paso including KLAQ Halloween Parade

It’s Halloween ! Even though Oct. 31 falls on a Thursday, there are plenty of ways to celebrate: get some free candy, play games and attend the annual KLAQ Halloween Parade.

Around the city, the Parks and Recreation Department will be hosting carnivals at four community centers. The free carnivals provide a safe and festive environment for families with jumping balloons, music, carnival games, candy and treats. Families are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite costumes and join in the fun.

Dave & Busters will offer a great deal that includes candy, games and more. Bassett Place will also offer safe trick-or-treating indoors.

If you want to get scared, there are some professional Haunted Houses open, as well as some made by El Pasoans who like to decorate and give out candy.

Here’s a complete list of ways to celebrate today, Oct. 31.
