Actor and television host Mario Lopez enjoyed some spots in El Paso over the weekend, including a restaurant and comedy club, while hosting an event at the Plaza Theatre on Saturday, Nov. 2.
Lopez co-hosted Dance for Kids’ Sake, an event benefiting Big Brothers Big Sisters of El Paso, alongside KVIA-TV evening anchor Stephanie Valle. The event featured dancers trained by some of El Paso’s most elite dancing studios, performances with live music and a silent auction.
Lopez, best known for his role as A.C. Slater on the sitcom Saved by the Bell, was also captured hanging out at Crave Kitchen and Bar over the weekend and stopped to take a photo with a staff member.
“Actor, producer, and host Mario Lopez stopped by Crave Kitchen & Bar for a delicious lunch,” the restaurant posted on its social media pages.
After hosting the event, Lopez stopped at the El Paso Comic Strip in Central El Paso — and got there with an UBER ride from military veteran Richard Philpott on Saturday night.
