EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – A Paisa gang member was arrested by Border Patrol agents last week. The Chief of the U.S. Border Patrol posted the post on X about El Paso agents who arrested Mexican national Misael Flores-Popoca. He said Flores-Popoca admitted to being a Paisa gang member.
