EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) – A new chapter begins for El Paso as newly elected city and county officials are set to be sworn into office today. Mayor-elect Renard Johnson and other city officials will be sworn in at a ceremony open to the public at 6:00 p.m. at the Plaza Theatre.
