A 3.4 magnitude earthquake struck West Texas on Thursday morning , according to the United States Geological Survey. It’s at least the sixth earthquake reported since Friday, March 28.
The quake was recorded hitting approximately 17 miles southwest of Garden City around 8 a.m. UTC, which is about 2 a.m. CST, on April 3. Garden City is located near Midland and Odessa.
