EL PASO, Texas ( KTSM ) — El Paso Water says it has crews in Central El Paso working on replacing valves on one of its water mains.
This is not a main break, the utility said. The water utility has crews at Cliff and Ochoa and Cliff and El Paso working on replacing valves on one of its water mains.
“In order to do the work, a portion of the main has to be de-watered,” the utility said in a statement. “So that is the water that can be seen on the street.”
