EL PASO, Texas ( KTSM ) — A 24-year-old man has been arrested after he crashed his vehicle during an apparent street race over the weekend, Horizon Police said.
Ryan Bradley Marsh, 24, was arrested on Monday, April 14 in Horizon and is facing a charge of reckless driving with a bond of $5,000.
