Texas just took, (another), huge step backwards with regard to legalizing marijuana. No surprise there but, this time, they did it in a pretty sneaky fashion.
A growing number of Texans are totally FOR legalizing it and several Texas cities voted to decriminalize it. That’s not “legalizing” it but agreeing not to arrest somebody for it is the closest Texas has ever come to doing so.
I guess “Big Gov” is tired of us uppity potheads getting what we want because now you can’t even vote for it…
