Witness reveals 3rd shooting in El Paso drive-by spree, suspects face new charges

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A suspect in a drive-by shooting spree around El Paso is facing additional charges after a witness came forward to report a third shooting– one police reportedly didn’t respond to for hours as they were busy.

Antonio Abel Morales,32, was arrested on April 24, along with Jordan James Yarde, 17, and another 16-year-old, in connection with two drive-by shootings, one reported on the 600 block of Nino Aguilera Street in South Central El Paso, and another on the 200 block of Hillview Avenue in the Upper Valley.

The El Paso Police Department identified Morales as the “getaway driver,” reportedly placing him behind the wheel of a blue Honda Ridgeline pickup truck used in the two drive-by shootings…
