El Paso Animal Services urges pet owners to microchip, update pets’ info

EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — May is National Chip Your Pet Month and the El Paso Animal Services is urging pet owners to microchip and update your pets’ information.

According to the news release by the City of El Paso, over 8,000 pets are with the El Paso Animal Services this year, many without a microchip or outdated information.

Without a microchip or outdated information, it could delay or prevent your pet from returning home, the City said…
