EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — A water line was hit near a reservoir tank by Scenic Drive, sending water down the street on Thursday morning, May 15, an El Paso Water spokesperson said.
The spokesperson says only one home was impacted as crews were able to reroute water through another water line.
