EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Engineering students at the University of Texas at El Paso are heading to an international rocket competition for a fourth time.
Ahead of the competition, ARC El Paso got a behind-the-scenes look at UTEP’s Sun City Summit Rocket Team’s project “Sandstorm.”
