EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso County Commissioners Court voted on Monday, June 30, to approve and authorize $1 million to support the design phase of the proposed Downtown Deck Park Plaza.
The proposed project would be built over part of Interstate 10 and reconnect Downtown neighborhoods, the County said.
