Residents demand answers after Marathon Refinery emits plumes of fire, smoke without alert

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — People who live next to the Marathon Refinery are asking for answers and notifications after huge plumes of fire and smoke were emitted from two stacks at the refinery on Tuesday.

The residents say the air smelled like burnt oil.
