EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The El Paso City Council has accepted the retirement of Chief Internal Auditor Edmundo Calderon, effective Aug. 1, the City said in a news release on Monday, July 21.
The City Council is expected to name an interim chief internal auditor at an upcoming meeting.
Calderon submitted his retirement notice on July 18, shortly after marking 20 years of service with the City of El Paso. Calderon’s last day in the office will be Aug. 1, after which he will utilize accrued vacation concluding his employment with the City on Oct. 10…
