‘Wasn’t me’: El Paso man arrested for high-speed I-10 stunt tried blaming it on a friend

EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Police documents alleged that the El Paso man accused of doing 115 mph on I-10 and recording it for social media, tried to put the blame on a friend.

On June 27, a video was posted on social media showing what appears to be a 2017 Audi A4 driving at over 110 mph on I-10 East near Airway.

The video is recorded from the inside of the vehicle and show the car’s dashboard, with the speedometer showing speeds between 109 – 115 mph. Then later it cuts to the car being lifted onto a tow truck after reportedly the car lost control and crashed into a concrete barrier…
