El Paso School District faces budget deficit amid redesign plan

EL PASO, Texas – (KFOX14/CBS4) — The El Paso Independent School District is embarking on its first full school year under the Destination District Redesign (DDR) plan, a strategic initiative aimed at addressing a looming budget deficit and enhancing educational offerings.
