EL PASO, Texas (KVIA) — After recent rainstorms, mosquito activity is on the rise across El Paso — and city officials say some of these pests can carry dangerous diseases.
“They can carry anywhere from West Nile to Saint Louis… Those type of can harbor viruses. It can affect us. It all depends,” Ginny Castañeda Vector Control official said.
