A surge of tropical moisture and high atmospheric instability has produced a round of strong t-showers. The heaviest rainfall has fallen between Canutillo and La Union. A Flash Flood Warning is posted for Canutillo, La Union, and surrounding towns until 7 PM. Heavy rainfall has flooded streets and arroyos in the area. In addition, a Flood Advisory is posted for El Paso near Mission Hills, Kern Place, and surrounding areas of west El Paso. Do not drive into flooded roadways.
