EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The City of El Paso and the City Attorney’s Office rescued 25 dogs and several cats from an animal cruelty case, after finding them living in unsanitary and unsafe conditions, according to the news release on Wednesday, Aug. 27.
According to the City, the case followed multiple welfare checks at a residence, where City staff noted “strong odors and unsanitary outdoor conditions.”
