EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — The family of Xavier Guadalupe Hernandez, a 30-year-old man who died in police custody after a confrontation on I-10, said it plans to sue the City of El Paso and the officers involved.
Attorney Jeff Edwards, representing the family alongside Attorney Rob Melendez, announced plans to hold City officials and the El Paso Police Department accountable for what they are calling a “needless, senseless and brutal death.”
