EL PASO, Tx., September 8, 2025: As we reported on Saturday, community activist Max Grossman was arrested late last week on a family violence charge. According to one of Grossman’s attorneys, Brian Kennedy, an indictment has not been filed against Grossman charging him with a crime. An arrest is made based on the belief that a crime has been committed. It is the affidavit that charges the alleged crime. As of now, there is no indictment against Grossman formally charging him with a crime.
