EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — A local man, who wishes to be identified only as J.P., claims he was scammed out of $20,000 by a woman named Daisy Ramirez, a former customer.
J.P. said Ramirez approached him with a proposal to loan her money for a house-flipping venture, promising a 40% return on his investment.
