EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Paul Albright, the soon-to-be former Chief Military Officer for the City of El Paso, has been arrested and accused of domestic violence against his wife, Stephanie.
According to court documents, the incident occurred on August 29, following an argument at a comedy club. The couple was out with Paul’s son and his son’s fiancée.
