EL PASO, Texas – An El Paso County mother is facing felony charges after deputies discovered three young children left unsupervised in the early morning hours of September 15, 2025.
At approximately 2:23 a.m., deputies from the Peter J. Herrera Patrol Station were dispatched to the 700 block of N. Fabens Road after several good Samaritans found a 4-year-old girl wandering the street with her dog, Rocky. The child, unable to recall her birthday or address, told deputies she could lead them home.
Deputies followed her to a residence in the 100 block of NW CC Camp Street, where they found the home unlocked and unsupervised. Inside, deputies located two additional children, ages 6 and 9, with no adults present and no way to call for help…
