EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — Newly released documents reveal the performance evaluations of two high-level City of El Paso employees, City Manager Dionne Mack and City Attorney Karla Neiman.
The evaluations, conducted by the city council, assessed their performance over the past year.
Dionne Mack, who was appointed City Manager in August 2024, received an overall rating of 4.06 out of 5.
