EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The City of El Paso is one of 17 communities nationwide and the only one in Texas selected to participate in a program designed to fast-track innovative housing solutions.
El Paso was selected to participate in the Housing Supply Accelerator Challenge, which is a program launched by the National League of Cities and the American Planning Association.
