EL PASO, Texas (Border Report) – High winds reportedly knocked down a billboard outside a supermarket in Juarez, Mexico, on Thursday night, sending a woman to the hospital. The woman’s daughter reportedly also was hurt.
Security camera video obtained by Border Report news partner ProVideo shows the moment the billboard breaks off from its supports in a parking lot in the vicinity of the S-Mart in the Anapra neighborhood of northwestern Juarez.
