EL PASO, Texas (KTSM) — The pet owner of a dog that mauled two men in Central El Paso earlier this month has received 24 citations, according to El Paso Animal Services.

Animal Services confirmed to KTSM on Monday, Sept. 29, that protection officers issued 24 citations to the pet owner.
The pet owner was not identified by Animal Services.
